Terms of service

Tacitry is a self-serve email and calendar agent. You connect your Google account, the agent drafts replies for you to accept, edit, or reject, and earns the right to send autonomously per recipient as it learns your judgment.

You must be at least 18, legally able to enter into a contract, and provide accurate information at sign-up. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

One person per account. Sharing credentials, scraping, or otherwise abusing the service is grounds for termination.

Tacitry costs $49 per workspace per month, billed by Stripe in USD. Card up front, charged immediately on subscribe.

30-day refund. Email billing@tacitry.app within 30 days of any charge for a full refund of that charge, no questions. Refund does not cancel your subscription — to stop future billing, cancel via the Stripe billing portal linked from /billing.

Pricing may change. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect on your account.

You agree not to:

• send spam, phishing, or malware
• impersonate any person or entity
• violate any law or third party's rights
• reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our prompts, models, or rules
• resell or sublicense the service without written consent
• use Tacitry to draft content that promotes hate, violence, or illegal activity

You own your emails, calendar events, and corrections. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process them for the sole purpose of operating Tacitry on your behalf.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Google, Anthropic, Supabase, Fly, Cloudflare, Stripe), and force majeure events may cause downtime.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Material reductions in functionality on a paid plan will be announced at least 30 days in advance.

You may cancel any time via the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or otherwise abuse the service.

On termination, your data is purged within 7 days per the privacy policy. You may export your data at any time before termination.

Tacitry is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The agent drafts on your behalf based on patterns learned from your corrections. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before it is sent. Auto-send applies only when you explicitly enable it for a recipient and includes a panic-cancel window.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tacitry's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email and a banner on the site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
